Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. The location couldn't be beaten; it really added to the overall worth of the hotel. The staff were helpful and courteous, but the service took a hit due to the lack of staff. The dining options were not worth it, so I recommend exploring options outside. The rooms were clean due to the lack of staff until the next day, but the dining quantity was nonsensical. Despite the downsides, the terrific room service and proximity to downtown made the stay worthwhile.
